Helen Keller a woman who is blind and deaf , was born in Tuscumbia , Alabama , June 27, 1880 , and died in Easton , Connecticut , on June 1, 1968 at the age of 87 years .
He is a renowned author , activist , and lecturer . He also often be the main character in the play and movie that tells about his life .
At the age of 11 years , Keller has even resulted in his first book , The King Frost (1891).
Helen Keller also writes articles and books famous , including The World I Live In and The Story of My Life ( typed with regular letters and Braille ) , which became a classic in American literature and translated into 50 languages .
Helen is the winner of the Honorary Degrees University Women 's Hall of Fame , the Presidential Medal of Freedom , the Lions Humanitarian Award , his story even won 2 Oscars .
He founded the American Foundation for the Blind and the American Foundation for the Overseas Blind.
Hellen Keller had a teacher who was very instrumental in the life of Helen Keller, who taught helen from zero to hero and was the only death can separate them , he named Anne Mansfield Sullivan woman from Tuscumbia .
Helen inspired me on how to deal with the rigors of life, realize that everyone can achieve what is desired and willing to try though sometimes in a longer period of time.
Helen very motivated me to never desperate to go ahead and continue to get better with the various shortcomings that I have because he could not prove that physical limitations can hamper people to succeed, as long as there is confidence, hard work and passion.

From life I could take lessons. I learned to be able to appreciate what I already have, things that already exist within me, of course I would be able to live better. I will not complain and instead, I will be able to think positive and be a better human being.
